How I started my journey to longevity

I wasn’t always the person who trained for longevity.

Five years ago, my life revolved around finance, crypto, and living for the weekend. It was fun for a while, but eventually, that lifestyle left me feeling disconnected, and far from the person I wanted to be.

Running was my first real turning point. It gave me structure and a sense of purpose that had been missing. But after seven marathons and a chronic injury, it became clear that something was still off. I had endurance, but my body was weak and my confidence was low.

Everything changed when I started lifting. Combining running with strength training finally brought balance. I built a stronger body and a renewed sense of confidence in how I looked and performed.

Through hybrid training, I discovered a sustainable way to build strength and endurance in a way that’s truly built for longevity.

Now, I help others do the same: to build a body they’re proud of, and one that lasts for the long run.

    You’ll build cardiovascular health through endurance work, strength and muscle resilience through lifting, and mobility and balance to keep joints healthy and movement effortless. Injury-prevention strategies tie everything together, helping you stay consistent without burnout or setbacks.

  • Do I need to be fit to start?

    Not at all. Whether you’re just starting or already active, your plan is tailored to where you are right now. We’ll start with the basics, build your foundation, and progress together, at your own pace.

  • Who is your coaching for?

    My coaching is for people who want more than short-term results. You don’t need to be an athlete, just someone who wants a body that not only looks good but lasts. Together, we’ll focus on sustainable progress, balance, and building strength and endurance that support you for life.

  • What is included in the online coaching?

    Online coaching is fully tailored to your goals and current fitness level. Each program combines strength training, running, mobility, and prehab work to help you build performance that lasts.

    The approach is rooted in proven, science-based methods that focus on strength progression, aerobic development, VO₂ max, and mobility. You’ll receive a personalized training plan, weekly check-ins, and direct feedback through WhatsApp to keep you consistent and improving every week.

  • What is included in the in-person coaching?

    In-person coaching takes place in Berlin and is fully personalized to your training goals. You can choose between gym sessions or track sessions, depending on your focus.

    In the gym, I help you refine your form, improve strength, and make sure every exercise is done safely and effectively.

    On the track, I guide your warm-up, monitor your running form, and make sure you complete the session with the right effort and pacing. If you want, I can join in and pace parts of your workout to help you hit your targets.

    Both options are built around improving strength, endurance, and movement quality through a practical, science-based approach.
