For most of my life, I was the insecure, skinny guy, constantly comparing myself to others and never feeling comfortable in my own body.
I thought a career in finance would change that. I believed success would finally make me feel good about myself. Instead, I was stressed, unhealthy, and living for the next weekend. That routine slowly caught up with me and my health hit rock bottom.
Running was my first real turning point. It gave me structure and a sense of purpose that had been missing. But after seven marathons and a chronic injury, it became clear that something was still off. I became way too skinny, my body was weak and my confidence was at an all time low.
Everything changed when I started lifting. Strength training didn’t make me slower, it made me faster, stronger, and more confident. For the first time, I felt proud of how I looked and how I performed, and I finally achieved my lifelong goal of a sub-3 marathon.
Through hybrid training, I discovered a sustainable way to build strength and endurance that not only improved my performance but also created lasting confidence and longevity.
Now, I help other runners do the same, to build strong, capable bodies that perform, look good, and last for life.
I became a coach because I know what it feels like to struggle with your body. My goal is to help others find the kind of training I wish I’d discovered sooner.
If you’re ready to feel stronger, move better, and build a body you’re proud of, I’m here to help you start your own hybrid journey.
